In this session we will identify your top goals, what it is you want to achieve in your health. We will go indepth into your current health status and put a timeline together for your health history.
4 x 30-minute Review Sessions
These sessions will give you a chance to update me on your progress plus we can work on any issues you might be experiencing, the goal of these session is to ensure accountability and keep your momentum going so that you can reach your health goals.
Personalized 14-day meal plan
All my plans are dairy, soy and gluten free. But this plan will be personalised to you. You might be vegetarian or have a nut allergy, this will all be taken into account when being put together.
Supplement Survival Guide
This sheet will give you an overview of what you are to take when, so that you never miss a day.
Hormone saliva test
This test is a gold standard comprehensive test to identify your hormone imbalances. No other test is as accurate as this in determining estrogen levels in the body.
60-minute Review of Test Results Session
In this session we go over all of your results, and on a basis of this we put together a comprehensive plan which will include supplement protocol, and dietary plan and lifestyle habits which can boost your health.
90-minute Wrap-Up Session
In this session we will go back over your results, identify any barriers you are facing and celebrate your achievement. I will put a plan together so you can go away feeling confident that your health will continue to thrive.
